Cooking lessons for all: beginner, amateur, experienced, development, Provencal cuisine, world cuisine, heritage cuisine
The chef will accompany you to introduce you to all his favorite producers. You will sneak between the stalls of cheese makers, fishmongers, butchers, bakers, fruit and vegetable producers, and he will buy the products necessary for the preparation of the recipes. You might be tempted to do some personal shopping (during the market, about 1 hour).
Return to the workshop, have a drink, and put on the apron and chef's hat (provided). The cooking class begins.
The recipes prepared with the Chef are tasted at the table and in harmony with the dishes and wines, with explanations of how to pair with the wine.
You can “debrief” with him what was seen and prepared throughout lunch, and ask him any questions you want.
