d\u00e9couverte en mer<\/strong> J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 faire cette balade en mer autour de la merveilleuse c\u00f4te marseillaise d'Endoume. Cette premi\u00e8re rencontre avec les fonds marin (d'une partie de la m\u00e9diterran\u00e9e) a \u00e9t\u00e9 de toute beaut\u00e9 ! L'\u00e9quipement l\u00e9ger : masque, tuba, palmes permet d'avoir une souplesse et une fluidit\u00e9 qui joue \u00e0 travers l'approche des esp\u00e8ces marine. Cela donne la sensation d'appartenir au monde aquatique, l'instant de la randonn\u00e9e. Petit caf\u00e9 avant d'aller d\u00e9guster les fromages de ch\u00e8vre, les tapenades,  les olives et rencontrer un volailler passionn\u00e9. Demarage du programme de la matin\u00e9e par une description du menu que nous allons pr\u00e9parer et c'est parti pour une exp\u00e9rience dans la peau d'un top chef !
