  The service provider is responsible for the people he hires to provide the service(s). If the practice of a sport or activity requires a certificate or diploma, the service provider undertakes to attach to this contract copies of the certificates and diplomas required to supervise the activity.

  THE COMMITMENTS OF THE PLANETAZUR AGENCY, KNOWN AS THE MANDATE

The Planetazur agency, known as the Agent, markets on behalf of the service provider, known as the Principal. It is responsible for the smooth running of all the activities marketed and for coordinating the service providers concerned with a view to ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided.

The Planetazur agency undertakes to be available at all times to assist the principal in marketing its offers, and to help it optimise the use of the BOKUN/Region platform as appropriate.

Article 3: Cancellation
– The service provider’s cancellation conditions apply to online sales.
You will find the cancellation conditions directly in your basket before validating the sale.
Otherwise, as a general rule, here is our cancellation policy (excluding groups)
Cancellation less than 4 days before the activity – 100% penalty
Cancellation between 5 and 7 days: 50% penalty
Cancellation more than one week before the activity: no penalty, we will reimburse you (less 5% of the sale corresponding to our reimbursement costs).
– Gift vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
