Cooking workshop with an exceptional chef in Avignon

After discovering all the market stalls and having done our shopping, we will settle down in the kitchen to prepare our lunch. All this alongside chef Jonathan.

Description

Cooking classes start at 09:00 with a meeting at Cuisine Centr’Halles located inside the Les Halles d’Avignon market. We start with a tour of the Market to talk about local products, taste and most importantly create our menu together. We will choose our ingredients and create our menu, then return to the kitchen for our class and prepare our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The entire event ends at 13:30.

Cooking demonstrations are a fun and lighthearted alternative to cooking classes. These start at 10:00 with a meeting inside the market at Cuisine Centr’Halles. We start with a market tour and tastings at some of my favorite vendors. We then return to the kitchen to prepare my tapenade recipes and a few other daily preparations.
