Have you always dreamed of mixing specialties from different countries? Do you want to impress your future guests with products they have never heard of?

Within a Latin -type restaurant centered on Chile, Argentina, and Peru, the day group will make a full menu made up of a starter, a dish and a dessert. The latter will incorporate tropical and exotic products into local specialties such as Marseille Bouillabaisse which will be transformed into Caldillo de Congrio, a bouillon of congress with cassava, squash, a little coriander and red onion. Sopapillas with saffron rust will accompany the dish. For dessert, the chef offers churros with a Leche Dulce cream.
