Esquisse découverte en mer J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à faire cette balade en mer autour de la merveilleuse côte marseillaise d'Endoume. Cette première rencontre avec les fonds marin (d'une partie de la méditerranée) a été de toute beauté ! L'équipement léger : masque, tuba, palmes permet d'avoir une souplesse et une fluidité qui joue à travers l'approche des espèces marine. Cela donne la sensation d'appartenir au monde aquatique, l'instant de la randonnée. Je recommande cette balade en mer, qui m'a donné goût à l'observation aquatique.

Très cool! Notre guide Freddy est un pro de la faune et flore marine qui connaît les meilleurs spots de Marseille. Cette sortie est idéale pour découvrir de jolis poissons de façon ludique et relever le défi du tunnel sous-marin pour les plus courageux. Après quoi un bon pique-nique et de la détente dans une petite crique sont plus que mérités. Freddy et sa gopro immortalisent vos meilleurs sourires en tuba. Belle expérience culinaire Nous avons passé un très beau moment en compagnie d'un vrai chef qui vous fait découvrir les saveurs de la région. Arrivée dans les halles d'Avignon nous sommes accueillis par John avec un sourire et un charmant accent américain. Petit café avant d'aller déguster les fromages de chèvre, les tapenades,  les olives et rencontrer un volailler passionné. Demarage du programme de la matinée par une description du menu que nous allons préparer et c'est parti pour une expérience dans la peau d'un top chef ! On finit par la dégustation du repas que nous avons préparé avec de délicieux vins. Merci à John pour ses conseils de chef et l'envoi de toutes les recettes par mail.
